Paris celebrated her 28th birthday last night at Monday night spot, Butter! Paris hit the William Rast show (Justin Timberlake's collection) at the tents at Bryant Park first with sister Nicky and then the girls went to the club where they boogied all night long. Across town Justin and galpal Jessica Biel were shakin' it at Rose Bar for his afterparty.
