That photo is not fake, nor part of a scripted show. Jeff Lewis flips houses (buys cheap, remodels perfectly, sells for six figure profit) for a living. He has 5 people that work in his home. He has 2 dogs and 1 cat. His five employees and 3 animals are his family. Jeff has serious OCD. All of his employees are out of work "actors". Jeff Lewis is nuts.
This show is by far the most entertaining show I have ever seen. I've actually watched the first two episodes more than once and it's just addictive. You will not believe that they are not characters, but you will completely feel as I do, that for once this guy is a loon and it really isn't scripted at all. Please, I'm begging you, watch this show.
